
On Saturday, September 20, 2025, the Open Recruitment of the Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Ancol Campus for the 2025/2026 period was held as part of the annual agenda to ensure the continuity of the management while introducing fresh ideas within the organization. This event is designed to be transparent, objective, and competitive to attract committed, high-integrity students from the UBM Ancol Management Program who are ready to contribute to the development of XCM Ancol’s work programs. In addition to serving as a platform for regeneration, the Open Recruitment also promotes strengthening leadership capacity, communication, time management, and cross-division collaboration for participants, in line with the organization’s vision and mission.

The recruitment process took place face-to-face (onsite) in classrooms R.705 and R.706 at Ancol Campus, with direct guidance from Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM, and the involvement of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and heads/deputy heads of divisions. The activities began from 08:00–11:00 WIB with interviews for the Research & Development (RnD) and Marketing Communication (Marcomm) divisions, followed by a break from 11:10–12:00 WIB. The selection continued from 12:10–13:00 WIB for the Creative Division, through an Instagram feed design task conducted specifically in R.706 as the design test room, while R.705 was focused on coordination flow and preparation for the next interviews. The agenda concluded with interviews from 13:10–15:00 WIB for the Creative and Finance Divisions. Due to the unavailability of the library, which was being used for marketing activities, the entire process was moved to the classrooms without reducing the quality of interaction or the professionalism of the assessments.

Through structured registration, selection, and interview stages, XCM aims to select new members who are ready to undergo training and quickly adapt, playing an active role in executing the organization’s work programs. The recruitment results will be announced through XCM’s official channels after administrative verification and final confirmation. XCM believes that the combination of youthful enthusiasm, fresh ideas, and a collaborative work culture instilled from the beginning of the management period will strengthen the organization’s performance and have a positive impact on the personal development of students in the UBM Ancol Management Program.
