On Monday, September 29, 2025, the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University held a public lecture with the theme “Managing Service Quality in Luxury Accommodations: Best Practices for Achieving Customer Satisfaction.” This event featured Fenda Widjaya (Director of Rooms at Grand Hyatt Jakarta) as a guest speaker to share insights and best practices directly from the industry. The event took place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Premier Room, UBM Campus. Participants included representatives from the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program specializing in Room Division Management, consisting of 20 third-semester students and 27 fifth-semester students. With this public lecture, it is hoped that students can gain a deep understanding and practical perspective directly from industry experts in managing service quality to achieve customer satisfaction in the luxury accommodation sector.
