On November 14, 2020, the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program held a Public Lecture with the topic “The Challenge of Creativity from the Revenue Center Department (Food & Beverage and Rooms Division). The speakers who attended were Mr. Herke Thommas Heryana, as General Manager of Hotel Sahid Serpong in Tangerang, Banten Province, and the second speaker was Mr. Aldi Yonathan Soetanto, as Food & Beverage Manager of Hotel Ritz Carlton, Bali Island.
The event, which was held through a Virtual Video Conference due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, was guided by Mr. Wisnuvardhana as the Moderator who is also a Lecturer in the Hospitaliti and Tourism Study Program. From both sides the speaker has explained all things from their respective Divisions, namely the Rooms Division from Mr. Herke, and the Food & Beverage Division from Mr. Aldi, where the two speakers introduced their respective divisions, then also mentioned protocols enacted during this pandemic and ultimately creativity in their respective divisions.
Before the event ended, the Moderator took the opportunity to thank the two speakers for their time and willingness to accept our invitation. At the end of the event, Mrs. Regina as the Head of Hotel Academy gave Token Of Appreciation to the two speaker.
