On Thursday, March 5, 2026, Bunda Mulia University as the organizer represented by two lecturers of Hospitality and Tourism of Serpong Campus, namely Mrs. Sofiani, S.Tr.Par., M.Par. along with our two students, namely Randy Dhanka (NIM: 19220149) and Marvellyn Natalia (NIM: 19220127). Conducting community service activities together with staff from DPMPTSP South Tangerang City. The community service program was carried out using an interactive workshop method and an applied training program aimed at equipping DPMPTSP South Tangerang City employees with practical knowledge and skills in handling complaints professionally at DPMPTSP South Tangerang City. The Bunda Mulia University lecturer team provided a number of tips and tricks to differentiate the services of DPMPTSP South Tangerang City so that they can be more optimal and remain polite. The use of AI technology and magic words is one way that can be applied to improve the quality of service in responding to customer complaints from various existing media. With this activity, it is hoped that staff from the South Tangerang City DPMPTSP can further improve the quality of services provided to applicants.
