Jakarta, December 6, 2025 — Fifth-semester students of the Hospitality & Tourism Study Program at Bunda Mulia University (UBM) held an Appreciation Parents Gathering (APG) event entitled “Endless Love, Endless Sea” at The UBM Hall, 8th Floor, Jl. Lodan Raya No. 2, Ancol, North Jakarta. The event, which took place from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM WIB, was a form of gratitude from students to their parents for their support throughout their studies. The sea theme depicted the vast and boundless love of parents, flowing unconditionally like the ocean, as the main force in every step of their children’s academic journey. This activity was initiated by students from three specializations, namely Entertainment & Leisure Management, FB Art & Innovations, and Executive Accommodation Management, and was also attended by 132 parents and 4 sponsoring partners.

The event was opened by singing the song Indonesia Raya and Mars UBM, followed by remarks from the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, the Head of the Hospitality & Tourism Study Program, the Activity Supervisor, representatives of the parents of the Activity Chair, and the APG 2025 Activity Chair. The series of events were then enlivened by the performance of the Traditional Dance UKM, while the Theater UKM entertained the guests in between serving bread and butter, appetizers, main courses, and desserts served directly by the APG 2025 Service team.

The most touching moment came during the solo performances of two 1st and 5th semester students accompanied by a video showing memories of childhood and the families of the 5th semester students. At this moment, the students handed letters and flowers to their respective parents as a symbol of appreciation and unspoken love. The event closed with a door prize session, appreciation to all committee divisions, and a closing solo performance.
