On Wednesday, 9 December 2020 the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program held Community Service activities with the material of Education of Indonesian Cultural Preservation through Traditional Customs and Indonesian Food Culinary at the AIYA (Australia Indonesia Youth Association) association or community in Australia and Indonesia. This dedication was delivered by a team from Bunda Mulia University where Miss Supina, S.ST.Par., M.Par., MM., Sir Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par and Sir Antonius Rizki Krisnadi S.ST .Par., MMPar as lecturer at the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program and Mrs. Regina Dewi Hanifah S.ST.Par., M.Par. as a lecturer at the Hospitality Study Program, which is presented online via Zoom Meet. The beginning of the activity began with the opening of Mrs. Regina as the Head of the Hospitality Study Program and immediately continued with the presentation of material by Mrs. Supina and Mrs. Regina regarding Indonesia Food Street and processed Aci Flour then continued with a Workshop with sir Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara and Sir Antonius Rizki for the processing of cilok and how to serve it. On this occasion, a lecturer at the Bunda Mulia University gave knowledge about the various types of processed street snacks that are very popular in Indonesia. Not only the presentation of the material in this activity, the lecturers also gave questions and answers, conducted interviews with Sally Suwandy and Sandy Angelina to share their experiences in having a business in the food sector and as a consumer of street food that is the most popular in the AIYA (Australia Indonesia Youth Association) association or community. ) located in Australia and Indonesia.
