
The Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia Ancol University conducted a Community Service activity entitled ” Service Excellence for Crew ” onsite at the White Horse Pool, Tangerang City, Banten, on Saturday, June 13, 2026. This activity took place from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB and was attended by 35 White Horse crews consisting of drivers and helpers. This program is designed to improve the service competency of the crews so they are able to provide a positive customer experience, increase customer satisfaction, and support the company’s success in providing superior and professional transportation services.

The activity began with an opening by the White Horse Team with the MC at 09.00 WIB. After that, company representatives delivered remarks as a form of support for strengthening service quality in White Horse’s operational environment. The main session continued with a presentation of material by Mr. Lanang Diayudha, SE., M.Env.Mgt as a resource person and lecturer of the Management Study Program who discussed the importance of service excellence in the work of drivers and helpers, especially in building good communication, maintaining a professional attitude, understanding customer needs, and creating consistent service standards in every trip. This PKM activity involved Management Study Program students namely Eric Nicolas (12240170) and Nicolas Vincent (12240216).

Following the presentation, participants participated in an interactive discussion and Q&A session with the presenters. This session provided space for the crew to discuss the service challenges they face in the field, while also gaining practical input that can be directly applied in their daily work. The activity then continued with documentation with the committee and was closed by the MC. Through this activity, the Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University hopes to make a real contribution to improving the capacity of human resources in the transportation sector, particularly in building a service culture that is friendly, responsive, and oriented towards customer satisfaction.
