Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) was represented by Styven Edricsen NIM (19230116) and Carine Chandra NIM (19220083), talented students who successfully demonstrated impressive skills and creativity. The competition required participants to complete their two dishes within one hour.
Styven Edricsen and Carine Chandra performed to the best of their abilities in the competition, but unfortunately, they did not win the top prize. The first place was awarded to Jason Buntaram and Eva Maria Siswojo, second place went to Evelyn Devina and Chriselda, while third place was claimed by Yesica Magdalena. This marks a significant step forward for the Bachelor’s Program in Hospitality at Universitas Bunda Mulia on its journey toward excellence in culinary arts.
Styven Edricsen and Carine Chandra were guided and mentored by Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, a dedicated lecturer, who provided invaluable support and guidance throughout the competition.
UBM congratulates all participants and winners of the “Hansik Contest 2025” and remains committed to nurturing the culinary talents of its students, preparing them for success in the competitive culinary industry.
