The Expertise Competency Test (UKK) activity is a special assessment for Boga Group employees to measure worker competencies which are equivalent to level 2 (two) or 3 (three) qualifications in the KKNI. UKK is carried out at the end of the study period by a Professional Certification Institute or an accredited educational unit with business/industry partners. UKK results for workers will be an indicator of the achievement of graduate competency standards. Meanwhile, for the results of the UKK stakeholders, it is used as a source of information on the competencies possessed by prospective workers. On Thursday Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, S.Pd., M.Par. assigned to be an assessor of F&B Product Competence at the Head Office of the Boga Group in the Cipondoh area, Tangerang Banten. On Wednesday, a meeting was held between the assessors and assessors for the Competency Test Using the Toolkit that had prepared the LSP. Starting from self-assessment, interviews, observations and demonstrations carried out at the Catering Group Headquarters. On Wednesday, May 11, 2022, the assessor (Mr. Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara) conducted an interview and observation assessment and then assessed a demonstration, namely the practice of processing poultry and game. In total there are 10 Asesi Participants consisting of Product workers (3 people from Paper Lunch Outlets, 2 people from Paradise In, 1 person from Paradise Dynasti, 1 person from Onokabe, 2 people from Bakerzin, 1 person from Catering). divided into 10 people for processing Poultry and Game as well as for assessing participants. Then the assessors provide feedback to participants about the products they make for future improvements
