Tangerang, June 10, 2026 – On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the Biefindc Student Activity Unit held a workshop with the theme “The 808 Bie-Shesh” at the 11th floor of the Sport Hall, UBM Tower, Serpong Campus. This activity is open to all Biefindc members, both internal and external students. Through the theme “The 808 Bie-Shesh”, the resource person explored one of the most popular dance techniques, namely Hip-hop . Before the event began, participants were asked to register by signing first.

At the beginning of the activity, the participants first registered before gathering in the middle of the field. The event then began with singing the Indonesian national anthem, and continued with the UBM March . Next, the participants listened to remarks from Grace Yolanda Aprilia as the head of the Workshop event. After the remarks, the Workshop event continued with a material presentation session by a professional resource person, Yoshida Tatsuo . The resource person presented the material on the introduction of movements, history, and movements in Hip-hop. The participants observed the Hip-hop movements demonstrated by the resource person before starting their own practice.

After the demonstration, the speaker invited the participants and committee to practice the movements they had demonstrated. All participants appeared active and enthusiastic in practicing Hip-Hop. This demonstrated their full involvement in the workshop and their eagerness to deepen the movements taught. Participants also received direct guidance to boost their self-confidence and build relationships with each other.

After the practical session, the participants were asked to perform the movements they had learned and recorded them on video. The participants demonstrated their ability to understand, memorize, and follow the choreography with considerable and satisfactory results. This demonstrates their ability to memorize and perform choreography.

In the next session, Tokens of Appreciation (TOA) were presented to the speakers, followed by a joint documentation session. The event continued with a sharing session between the speakers and participants, a Q&A session, and refreshments. The event concluded with a final attendance check before participants departed. Through this workshop, the committee hopes to encourage participants not only to understand the basics of Hip-Hop but also to express the movement with enthusiasm and enthusiasm.
