Tangerang, January 29, 2026 – The Student Activity Unit (UKM) iCare Serpong campus has successfully carried out a Blood Donation activity with the theme “Heart Pulse: One Drop, A Thousand Hopes” , which is intended for the entire Bunda Mulia University community, Serpong Campus. This activity was held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at R302 & R303, 3rd Floor, Alfa Tower. Before donating blood, all participants who have registered are required to register at R302. Registration is carried out in the form of signing the participant attendance list and filling out a personal identity form. This activity is not only open to participants who have registered online , but is also allowed for the public who want to register directly in the registration room.

After registering, participants will wait for their turn to be examined by the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI). The PMI examination will measure the prospective donor’s blood pressure and hemoglobin levels. In addition, PMI officers will also ask prospective donors several questions. This examination is conducted to screen potential donors. Prospective donors who pass the screening will be directed to R303 to donate blood. By donating blood, donors can reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, control iron levels, and learn their blood type.

Donors who have donated their blood will be directed to the consumption table to fill out the list of successful donors. Then the donors will receive a goodie bag from the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) provided by the consumption committee. In addition to the goodie bag , donors can also take sweet tea provided by the committee. After the blood donation activity is completed, the activity ends with documentation with PMI officers. The total number of prospective donors is 60 people and the total number of donors who successfully donated blood is 32 people. By carrying out this activity, we hope we can bridge people who want to be active in social activities, as well as increase social awareness and concern in the community about the importance of sharing and helping others.
