Training for ICARE Student Activity “Strengthening Pentahelix Disaster Management in Building Community Resilience”

Jakarta – April 01, 2023. The iCare Student Activity Unit of Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, has participated in a National Webinar with the theme “Strengthening the Pentahelix of Disaster Response in Building Community Resilience” held online via Zoom, where three members of the disaster response division from the iCare Student Activity Unit of Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus were selected to attend. The purpose of this webinar is to increase knowledge about how to handle climate change and disaster response in building community resilience.

On the first day, the event began with an opening speech by the committee, followed by remarks from Dr. Desvian Bandarsyah M, Pd, and Dr. Moh Balya Ali Sya’ban, M.Pd. This was followed by presentations from several speakers including Dr. Ida Pramuwardhani S, T., M.SI., Dr. Erma Yulihastin, S.Si., M.Si., Representasi and Ahmad Arif. After the presentations, the event concluded with a group photo session.

At last, the National Webinar event went smoothly and we also express our gratitude to the Student Affairs Department, iCare Mentor, and representatives from the iCare Student Activity Unit. Hopefully, in the future, we can participate in another National Webinar event to gain more insights and knowledge that can be applied in the campus environment in the field of disaster response.
