Tangerang, September 24, 2025 – The Student Senate of the Faculty of Technology and Design (SEMA FTD) at Bunda Mulia University once again presented an inspiring program for students through a seminar event titled “Building Leadership Through Togetherness” x Meet and Greet SEMA FTD.

This Seminar x Meet and Greet event was designed as a warm and interactive space between the SEMA FTD board members and students of the Faculty of Technology and Design. More than just a gathering, the event also featured discussion sessions, experience-sharing, and various activities that encouraged collaboration and active participation from attendees. Through a more personal approach, students were able to get to know each other better while also gaining a deeper understanding of the essential role of leadership in both academic and organizational life.
With the theme “Building Leadership Through Togetherness,” SEMA FTD aimed to emphasize that leadership is not just about individuals standing at the forefront, but also about building collective strength within a team. Togetherness serves as the fundamental pillar that fosters mutual trust, support, and cooperation in achieving shared goals.

In addition, the event included various interactive sessions such as ice-breaking games, group discussions, and open Q&A segments, all designed to create an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere. These activities were crafted to promote two-way communication between students and the organization’s board members, while also serving as a platform to build self-confidence and teamwork skills.

Through this Seminar x Meet and Greet, SEMA FTD played an active role in fostering a solid, inclusive, and inspiring organizational environment. The event also marked an initial step toward strengthening student relationships and nurturing a spirit of leadership that can bring about a positive impact, both within the campus community and in broader society. It became a platform for students to connect, build unity, and sharpen their leadership qualities through positive interactions.
SEMA FTD of Bunda Mulia University also expressed its deepest appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Patricia Robin, S.I.Kom., M.I.Kom., as the Academic Manager 1 of Bunda Mulia University, for attending and sharing valuable insights during the event.

Through this initiative, SEMA FTD hopes it can become an annual event that further strengthens student solidarity and expands opportunities for leadership development within the faculty. SEMA FTD remains committed to delivering programs that are not only inspiring but also relevant to the needs of students in this era of digital transformation and the ever-evolving challenges of the professional world.
We extend our sincere thanks to all members of the Student Senate of the Faculty of Technology and Design who introduced themselves during the introduction session, helping students better understand the structure and roles within the organization.
