Tangerang, January 9, 2026 – iCare Serpong Campus has successfully held one of the major activities specifically for iCare members and administrators, namely REBORN (Restructuration Basic Organization Training) which was held for 3 days starting from Tuesday, January 6, 2026 to January 8, 2026 with the theme ” REBORN: Sailing with Care Navigating with Heart “. This activity was held in classrooms 1408-1409 UBM Tower for the first day and at RDM Villas for the second and third days.


On the first day, REBORN activities began with an Internal Training themed “ Heroes in Action: Responding with Care, Leading with Heart ”. This Internal Training discussed fires, especially how to extinguish fires. This material was presented by Mr. Rifki Waliardi S.KM who is the HSE of Alfa Tower and UBM Tower. Not only the material, REBORN participants had the opportunity to practice how to use APAR to extinguish fires. After the Internal Training, participants continued the activity by entering a game session by playing BINGO to strengthen solidarity from each group. Then, the REBORN activities on the first day were closed with a briefing related to the second and third days to all participants.


On the second day, all REBORN participants and committee members gathered at Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus, to begin their journey to RDM Villas. Upon arrival at RDM Villas, participants were given free time to rest and have lunch. After lunch, REBORN participants continued their activities by playing the game “Mariyo Berpetualang” (Adventure with Mariyo) and post games scattered throughout the villa, which fostered collaboration and strengthened relationships among group members.

After playing many games , participants were given time to clean themselves up, rest for a while, and have dinner. After dinner, participants continued with a campfire session, which also aimed to strengthen the relationship between members and administrators of iCare. Returning from the campfire, the participants were surprised by a shabu-shabu eating session for each group. This was followed by a performance session from each group and the committee. The second day of REBORN ended with the participants returning to their respective rooms to rest.


On the final day, activities began with breakfast and continued with a gathering of participants for an icebreaker . Prizes were then awarded to winners in various categories, and documentation was taken with all participants and committee members. The event concluded with a return trip to Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus.
