Tangerang, September 10, 2026 – The Spiritual Activity Unit of the Islamic Students Association (IKAMI) UBM Serpong Campus celebrated the Prophet’s Birthday , which is an important moment for Muslims, where someone who is considered a guide to life for mankind was born, namely the Prophet Muhammad SAW .
The celebration of the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday is a meaningful and deeply spiritual tradition for Muslims. This event is held as an expression of gratitude, love, and respect for the Prophet Muhammad. This activity provides an opportunity for Muslims to strengthen ties, foster a spirit of togetherness, and deepen their understanding of the Prophet Muhammad’s exemplary role in their daily lives.
Through this background, IKAMI UBM Serpong Campus was present and held a Seminar on the Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in 2026 which was held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 17.45 – 20.45 WIB which was held in classroom 1411, UBM Tower Serpong Campus. The seminar began with an opening by the MC, then continued with Maghrib prayers. After the prayer, the session continued with a Group Photo session, filling out Attendance and assessment questionnaires. This seminar was attended by 28 participants and 12 committee members. The Prophet Muhammad SAW Maulid Seminar was presented by Naura Aghni Nabala and Laura Noveriyal Rachman . The Prophet Muhammad SAW Maulid Seminar event was chaired by Natasya Aqilah Surapradja who is an active 3rd semester Psychology student at the UBM Serpong campus.
This year’s Prophet Muhammad SAW Maulid Seminar featured a speaker, Ustadz Ahmad Izi Attakrim, S.Pd. He is an Islamic religious leader. At the beginning of the session, the speaker invited the participants to read Surah Al-Fatihah and continued with singing the Prophet’s Prayer to foster a sense of love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In addition, he told the story of the Prophet’s life with enthusiasm and fun. Until the explanation ended with a very interesting Q&A session from the participants, there were a total of 2 questions asked by the participants regarding the journey of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
After the seminar, the event continued with a Meet and Greet session held to strengthen the ties between old and new members, as well as strengthen the sense of family within the organization. Through this activity, participants were able to get to know each other and carry out warmer communication. The Meet and Greet event was colored by an interactive, relaxed, and friendly atmosphere. In the series of Meet and Greet events, there were games and light discussions with alumni that added to the excitement of the event. With the spirit of ” Bright Youth, Strong Faith “ this event is expected to be able to be the first step and inspiration for IKAMI’s future journey.
