The Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia Ancol, in collaboration with the Excellent Community of Management (XCM), proudly hosted the XCM Work Program Evaluation for the 2024/2025 period, which took place on July 18-19, 2025, at Camp David Resort, Batulawang Village, Pacet District, Cianjur, West Java. With the theme “Together Evaluate: Learning from the Past, Improving for the Future,” this program aimed to evaluate achievements, reflect on the lessons learned, and plan steps for better improvement for XCM’s future. This event also served as an opportunity to strengthen relationships among XCM members through various collaborative activities.

The event began at 6:00 AM, with participants gathering at UBM Ancol for registration and departure preparations. After registration, the group set off for Camp David Resort in Batulawang Village, Pacet District, Cianjur, a 3.5-hour journey that allowed participants to interact, prepare, and discuss the goals of the event. Upon arrival at the resort at around 10:00 AM, participants checked into their villas and were assigned their rooms.

At 10:30 AM, the event kicked off with an evaluation session and the inauguration of XCM, which lasted until 12:00 PM. This session focused on evaluating the programs that had been implemented, and developing strategic steps for the future to continuously improve the quality and impact of XCM’s programs. Following the session, participants enjoyed lunch at the event location in Camp David Resort before moving on to the next activity.

At 1:00 PM, the LDKM (Leadership and Character Development) Training session began, starting with thorough preparations. This training session ran from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM and aimed to enhance XCM members’ capacity to face greater challenges in the future. The training was expected to strengthen both individual and team skills in managing more effective social programs. After the training, participants were given a break until 5:00 PM before moving on to the more exciting part of the day – the XCM Games session. This session aimed to foster teamwork and camaraderie through a series of games that tested cooperation. At 6:00 PM, participants enjoyed a barbecue dinner served together in the resort area, providing a chance to relax and bond. The first day concluded with a social gathering at 7:30 PM, where participants exchanged gifts. This activity aimed to strengthen relationships, create a warmer family-like atmosphere, and offer a moment of reflection on the day’s activities.

The second day began early with a morning exercise session from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM. This was followed by an ice-breaking session designed to lighten the atmosphere and refresh the participants’ energy for the upcoming activities. Afterward, participants had breakfast at Camp David Resort. They then prepared for a hiking activity, which started at 7:30 AM and lasted for an hour. During the hike, participants walked together along a challenging route while enjoying the beautiful surrounding nature and taking group photos. The hiking activity aimed to build physical endurance, strengthen team unity, and provide a refreshing break after two days of intense activities.

After the hike, participants returned to the accommodations around 8:30 AM for a short rest and to prepare for check-out. From 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM, participants were given time to freshen up and pack their belongings before check-out. The program concluded with check-out from Camp David Resort at 10:30 AM, with the hope that all participants would take home valuable experiences and knowledge to contribute to the future development of XCM.
This Work Program Evaluation is expected to serve as a strong foundation for XCM to face future challenges and continue making improvements.
