In line with the addition of new member the Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Student Association (HIMA) for the period of 2023/2024. XCM divisions have successfully carried out one of our routine work programs, namely the Training for each division members. This activity is targeted for all members of the Research and Development (RnD), Finance, Marketing Communication (Marcomm), and Creative divisions for the 2023/2024 period, especially those who have just joined these divisions. Additionally, the objective of these training sessions is to socialize the scope of work for each division, tasks, as well as detailed explanations onthe rights and obligations of division members. Moreover, the training events were executed without any issues where all participants followed each event from beginning to end.
Finance Division Training
On Tuesday, March 19, 2024 Excellent Community of Management (XCM) held a finance division training. This activity was carried out specifically for members of the XCM finance division in order for the members to understand the job specifications and job descriptions in the Excellent Community of Management (XCM). This activity was held at 15.30 WIB and was opened by Handoko as the Head of the Finance Division followed with introductions of each member from semester 2, 4, and 6. Furthermore, the training continued by explaining the work procedures when someone guards the UBM Investment Gallery assisted by Steven Jonathan Salim.
Then, the Head and the Deputy of Finance Division explained the cash payment system that has been agreed upon. We also gave the opportunity to members who wanted to ask questions. Furthermore, the introduction of Stocklab to members of the XCM finance division provided more insights into investing, especially in stocks. In this session, we formed 2 groups of 4 members where at the end of the stocklab game one winner from each group was determined to be the champions. The activity ended with filling the attendance sheet, group photos, and ended at 17.00 WIB. Hopefully with the implementation of this training activity, all members of the Excellent Community of Management finance division can better understand the job specification and job description in the Excellent Community of Management (XCM).
Marcom Division Training
On Friday, March 15, 2024 Excellent Community of Management (XCM) held a marcom (marketing communication) division training through google meet. This activity was carried out specifically for members of the XCM marcom division to explain the job descriptions entailed in the Excellent Community of Management (XCM). This activity was held at 19.00 WIB and was opened by Lia as the Head of Marcom Division and Valentine Febrias S as Deputy . Then, the session continued with introductions of each member from semester 2, 4, and 6. Furthermore, the training continued with explanation of the job descriptions for marcom division members.
Then, the Division Head and Deputy Division Head explained the tasks of making captions and posts for holidays or certain events along with an explanation of the format for writing captions for posts on XCM Instagram. In addition, we also explained about how to reply to emails or direct messages received in XCM Instagram DM and how to format the order of XCM Instagram story posts. After the presentation of the material was completed, the next activity was the Q&A session where we gave the opportunity for members who wanted to ask questions or discussed about what issues were faced by existing members.
This training activity concluded with a group photo and filling out the attendance list and feedback forms. Hopefully with the implementation of this training activity, all members of the Excellent Community of Management marcom division can understand the job specifications and job descriptions in the Excellent Community of Management (XCM)

RnD (Research and Development) Division Training
On Thursday, March 14, 2024 Excellent Community of Management (XCM) held RnD (Research and Development) division training through google meet. This activity was carried out specifically for XCM members of the RnD division in order to explain about the job specifications and job descriptions. This activity was held at 18.00 WIB and was opened by Cerlysia as Head of the RnD Division and Marcelina Angelica as Deputy. Then continued with the introduction of each member from semester 2, 4, and 6. Furthermore, the training continued with the presentation of the Head and the Deputy of the RnD Division.
In the presentation session, the Head and Deputy of the Division explained about how to format and create google forms, questionnaire data processing including the attachments.. After the presentation was completed, the next activity was a question-and-answer session where we gave members the opportunity to ask questions. After that, the activity continued with a testimony session, where existing members could convey any experiences or challenges faced during their time as members of RnD XCM. This training activity ended with a group photo session and filling out the attendance list and feedback forms. Hopefully with the implementation of this training activity, all members of the RnD division of Excellent Community of Management can understand the job specifications and job descriptions.
Creative Division Training
On Friday, March 15, 2024 Excellent Community of Management (XCM) held a Creative division training through google meet. This activity was carried out specifically for Creative division XCM members in order to explain the job specifications and job descriptions in the Excellent Community of Management (XCM). This activity was held at 18.00 WIB and was opened by Sarah Felina as Head of the Creative Division and Silvani as Deputy. Then continued with the introduction of members from semester 2, 4, and 6. Furthermore, the training continued with the presentation of the Head and Deputy of the Creative Division.
In the presentation session, the Head and Deputy of the Division explained about the guidelines and procedures for appropriate and correct method using the design application. After the material presentation was completed, the next activity was a Q&A session where we gave members the opportunity to ask questions. After that, the activity continued with a testimony session, where existing members could convey any experiences or challenges faced during their time as members of Creative XCM. This training activity ended with a group photo session and filling out the attendance list and feedback forms. Hopefully with the implementation of this training activity, all members of the Creative Excellent Community of Management division can understand the job specifications and job descriptions.
