Workshop “Strategies for Managing Academic Journals to Enhance the Quality and Visibility of Scientific Publications”
Tangerang, May 21, 2025 –
The Informatics, Information Systems, and Data Science Study Programs, along with their respective Student Associations, successfully held the 2025 Student Leadership and Management Training (LKMM) on May 14 and May 20–21, 2025. A total of 110 students from the three study programs participated in the event. LKMM served as a platform for developing students’ leadership soft skills under the theme “Adaptive Leadership: Dare to Make a Change.”
The series of activities began with a Soft Skills Seminar on May 14, 2025, held at the Lecture Hall of UBM Serpong Campus. The seminar featured Denny Yosep, Training & Development Manager at PT. Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat, who spoke about the importance of being an adaptive leader in the digital era. The session also included an interactive discussion with the participants. The seminar was intended to provide valuable insights for students in preparation for the main LKMM event.
The highlight of the LKMM took place on May 20–21, 2025, at Alfa Resort Hotel & Conference in Bogor. Participants engaged in a variety of activities, including a bonfire session, group performances, and team-building activities designed to foster bonding and inspire students to become adaptive leaders. Over the course of two days and one night, students were encouraged to step out of their comfort zones and develop their leadership potential.
With a spirit of collaboration and leadership, LKMM 2025 became a meaningful moment to strengthen connections among students, reinforce the character of the academic community, and cultivate a positive leadership culture among students of the Faculty of Technology and Design at Universitas Bunda Mulia.
