A Lecturer Seminar-Workshop is essential for updating and sharing knowledge. It also serves as a platform for discussions on research developments. The primary goal is to refresh educators’ and lecturers’ understanding of research methods while also expanding their knowledge and insights through discussions on research methodologies and their principles.
The lecturer seminar-workshop, organized by the Master’s Program in Management and the Master’s Program in Communication Science, took place on Friday, December 18, 2015, at The UBM Premiere Classroom. The event was led by Prof. John JOI Ihalauw, Ph.D., as the keynote speaker. The seminar lasted approximately three hours and was attended by lecturers from the Master’s Programs in Management and Communication Science.
During the discussion session, participants showed great enthusiasm, as reflected in the numerous questions directed at the speaker. The event concluded with an appreciation award presented to the keynote speaker by Mrs. Yenli Megawati, SE, MM, the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities at Bunda Mulia University.
Such activities will continue to be held as part of UBM’s commitment to enhancing the quality of lecturers, ensuring they serve as a bridge between academia and industry in alignment with UBM’s vision and mission.
Go Biemers!
