
The Hospitality and Tourism Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of human resources through a Lecturer Recognition activity. On Tuesday, March 17, 2026, UBM participated as a speaker in a Teacher Training program organized by SMA Kristen PENABUR Bintaro Jaya.
The training, themed “Stay Fit and Productive at Work,” featured Dr. Antonius Rizki Krisnadi, S.ST.Par., MM.Par. as the main speaker. The session was held from 09:00 to 11:00 WIB and was attended by all teachers of SMA Kristen PENABUR Bintaro Jaya.
During the session, participants were provided with insights on the importance of maintaining physical and mental health amidst the demanding responsibilities of being educators. In addition, the speaker shared practical strategies on managing work energy and improving productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
The participants showed high enthusiasm throughout the activity, as reflected in their active engagement during the discussion and Q&A sessions. Teachers shared their experiences as well as challenges they face in their daily professional responsibilities.
Based on the evaluation results, the training received very positive feedback from participants. The material was considered relevant, easy to understand, and highly applicable in daily life. The speaker was also perceived as communicative and capable of creating an interactive and engaging learning environment.
This activity not only contributed to enhancing participants’ knowledge and skills but also strengthened the collaboration between Universitas Bunda Mulia and SMA Kristen PENABUR Bintaro Jaya. It is expected that similar initiatives will continue to be carried out as a form of higher education contribution to the advancement of the education sector.
Through this activity, Universitas Bunda Mulia reaffirmed its role as an institution actively contributing to community development and the improvement of educators’ quality in Indonesia.
