Jakarta, May 2025 – Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) conducted a Community Service Program (PKM) entitled “Utilizing Big Data in the Technology and Digital Media Industry” at SMK Budi Luhur. The sessions took place on April 24, May 7, and May 24, 2025, involving 64 students from Software Engineering, Broadcasting, and Animation majors.
Using an interactive and problem-based learning approach, this program aimed to bridge vocational education and industry demands in data-driven environments. UBM provided basic data analytics training, case studies, and discussions to enhance students’ digital literacy.
Lecturers and students acted as facilitators, promoting practical knowledge transfer. This activity reinforced UBM’s commitment to the tridharma of higher education and strengthened collaboration between universities and vocational schools to prepare a digitally competent and competitive young generation.
