Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Serpong Campus successfully held the TURLA Serpong Operational Training on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The activity, which was carried out onsite at the UBM Serpong Campus, took place from 09.00–12.00 WIB and was attended by 12 TURLA Serpong participants for the 2026/2027 Academic Year. This training was held as an effort to equip TURLA Serpong members with the knowledge, understanding, and practical skills needed to carry out operational activities effectively, structured, and responsibly.
This activity also serves as a means to equalize work standards, strengthen coordination and communication, and increase member readiness in carrying out various TURLA Serpong operational tasks. In its implementation, the activity presented Budi Christanto, TURLA Serpong Coordinator, and Jason Christian, TURLA Serpong Store Manager for the 2025/2026 Academic Year, as speakers. The training material was delivered in stages and covered important aspects of TURLA operations. The first session took place at 09.00–10.30 WIB with material on the operations and provisions of the TURLA Internship delivered by Budi Christanto. This material provided participants with an understanding of the flow and provisions that need to be considered in carrying out operational activities and internships at TURLA. Next, at 10.30–11.15 WIB, participants received material on the operation of the TURLA cash register delivered by Jason Christian.
This session provided practical provisions to participants so they were able to understand and carry out the operational process of the cash register properly. The final session took place at 11.15–12.00 WIB with material on the preparation of TURLA financial reports. Through this session, participants gained an understanding of the importance of recording and preparing financial reports as part of the orderly and responsible implementation of TURLA operations. Overall, the training proceeded smoothly, orderly, and interactively. The participants followed the entire series of materials well so that the activities could be important provisions in increasing their readiness to face the operational tasks and responsibilities of TURLA Serpong.
Through this training, it is hoped that TURLA Serpong members for the 2026/2027 academic year will have a better understanding of operational systems and procedures, more aligned work standards, and the ability to build effective coordination and communication. This training is crucial in promoting a more professional, disciplined, responsive, and responsible implementation of TURLA Serpong activities.
