Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Serpong Campus on November 3 2023, through the Hospitality and Tourism department, has carried out Community Service (PKM) activities with the theme “Tourism Training Towards Quality Services in the Setu Babakan Betawi Cultural Village, Jakarta”. This event went well with high enthusiasm and participation from the participants starting with the delivery of welcoming remarks from representatives of the Setu Babangan management and PKM chairman Mrs. Roozana Maria Ritonga, BBA., M.Par. The next session was material on Basic English delivered by Roozana Maria Ritonga, BBA., M.Par, lecturer in Hospitality & Tourism at UBM Serpong Campus. This material provides an understanding of knowledge of English for MSME managers and activists in Setu Babakan. Then the second material was delivered by Mrs. Sofiani S.Tr.Par., M.Par as a lecturer in Hospitality & Tourism at UBM Serpong Campus, delivering material regarding Excellent Service. The third session was the Sapta Pesona material delivered by Mrs. Feronika Berutu, S.ST.Par., M.Par, lecturer in Hospitality & Tourism at UBM Serpong Campus and the final material was delivered by Mrs. Supina, S.ST.Par., M.Par. . MM regarding the introduction of tourism. After all the material was presented, a question and answer session was held to give participants the opportunity to ask questions and expand their knowledge about tourism. Then, the event continued with an Appetizer Demo carried out by Felix and Andri, active semester 5 students, by making Fushion food, namely Betawi Asinan and Betawi Chicken Curry Canapes. This PKM activity has provided valuable insight and experience for participants and hopefully everything conveyed can be applied in daily operational activities.
