To prepare students for final exams, the Management Student Association (XCM) holds a Tentier program.

On Monday, December 1, 2025 and Wednesday, December 3, 2025, the Management study program held 2 tentier programs. The first tentier was held by the Management Study Program Student Association, Excellent Community of Management (XCM). The tentier activity was intended for 3rd and 5th semester students to help them prepare for the Odd Semester Final Exam (UAS) of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. There were 2 courses discussed in this tentier activity, namely Investment, Securities, and Portfolio Management (MNF13) for 5th semester students and Financial Management (MNC38) for 3rd semester students. The Investment, Securities, and Portfolio Management tentier session was held for 1 day, namely on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 3:10 PM WIB. The activity took place offline in room R1404B, UBM Tower Building, with Mr. Ali Wardhana, SE, MBA, CSA. lecturers of related courses, as instructors. A total of 28 students participated in this activity, with a breakdown of 26 students in attendance.

The session began with a discussion of material that had been prepared by the instructor. During the activity, the instructor actively interacted with students. There was also a session where the instructor provided a question bank for students to work on. The Financial Management tentative session was held for 1 day and was divided into 2 sessions, namely on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 09:30 to 16:00 WIB and from 13:30 to 20:00 WIB, taking place in rooms R503B and R308B, Alfa Tower Building. With Nia Angelia, a 5th semester student, as a teacher for sessions 1 and 2 and Oen Jan Nelson, a 5th semester student, as a teacher for sessions 3 and 4. A total of 93 students attended this tentier, consisting of 24 students in the first session, 31 students in the second session, 25 students in session 3, and 13 students who attended session 4.

The session began with a discussion of the material that had been prepared by the teacher. During the class, the teacher actively interacted with students and provided practice questions for students to work on. The second tentier was held by Mathematics and Statistics. The tentier activity was intended for 1st and 3rd semester students to help them prepare for the Final Semester Exam (UAS) for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year specifically for Mathematics and Statistics courses. There are 2 courses discussed in this tentier activity, namely Mathematics of Economics and Business (MSB05) for 1st semester students and Statistics 2 (MSD11) for 3rd semester students. The Mathematics of Economics and Business tentier session was held for 1 day in 2 places simultaneously, namely on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 13:30 to 16:00 WIB.

The activity took place offline in rooms R1405B and R1401B, UBM Tower Building, with Viola Anginette Muljo and Jessica Bong, 2 3rd semester students as instructors. A total of 106 students participated in this activity, with a breakdown of 97 students in attendance. The session began with a discussion of the material that had been prepared by the instructor. During the activity, the instructor actively interacted with students and answered all questions given clearly. The Statistics 2 tentier session was held for 1 day in 2 places simultaneously, namely on December 1, 2025 at 09:30 to 12:00 WIB. The activity took place offline in rooms R1405B and R1401B, UBM Tower Building, with Lucrezia Aurelia Cam and Yorisa, two fifth-semester students, as instructors. A total of 108 students participated in this activity, with 101 students in attendance. The session began with a discussion of the material prepared by the instructors. During the activity, the instructors actively interacted with students and answered all questions given clearly. Overall, the tentier activity ran smoothly thanks to the enthusiasm of all participants. Hopefully, this initiative can provide satisfactory results for students in preparing for the Final Semester Exam, Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
