The event, which carried the theme “Growing Beyond Limits, Shaping a Collective Future,” succeeded in attracting the attention of more than 55 participants consisting of XCM members, alumni, and mentors. This activity aims to strengthen the sense of togetherness among members and improve the ability to manage thoughts, space, and time to achieve more optimal performance in the world of management.

The series of events began at 11:00 with participant registration, followed by an opening by the MC, followed by remarks from the XCM advisor, Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM. and the head of XCM, Livia Evangelina Florencia. The highly anticipated first session was the presentation by Mr. Elkunny Dovir, in which the discussion addressed the main challenges and solutions for personal and organizational growth. Some key insights shared included the importance of collaboration, trust, and the role of mentoring in the community. Participants were invited to reflect on how small, consistent actions can create big changes in their personal and professional lives, as discussed in the Small Actions, Big Shift session. This event reinforced the message that growth is personal, but its impact is collective, paving the way for a more sustainable future in collaboration and shared success, followed by a question and answer session which gave participants the opportunity to dialogue directly with the speakers.

After the material session was over, the event continued with the introduction of XCM members and alumni from each division, followed by the screening of a throwback video commemorating XCM’s 18-year journey. One of the most special moments was the cutting of the birthday cake by Mr. Elkunny, which marked the organization’s extraordinary achievements. No less exciting, participants were invited to participate in various games that increased enthusiasm and solidarity among members. At the end of the event, participants and alumni exchanged gifts as a symbol of togetherness, and the event closed with a group photo as a memento. With this event, XCM further strengthened its position as a community that not only focuses on individual development, but also on achieving common goals. Through a spirit of togetherness and a commitment to continuous innovation, XCM is ready to go further and shape a more solid future that has a positive impact on all parties.
