Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus – As a manifestation of the realization of cooperation with industry, the Accounting Study Program of Bunda Mulia University once again held an industrial visit to provide direct learning experiences regarding professional practices in the world of work. This time, the visit was held at SW Indonesia, Gading Serpong, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 09.00–11.00 WIB. The activity, which was attended by students of the Accounting Study Program of Serpong Campus for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, was accompanied by Ms. Margareta Febe, SE, M.Ak. During the visit, the students had the opportunity to get to know more closely the professional work environment in the fields of audit, accounting, taxation, and business consulting.
The event began with an opening and presentation of material by Mr. Helmi Indra Irfany, CPA. In this session, he introduced the profile of SW Indonesia and the various professional services provided to clients. In addition, students also gained insight into the development of the auditor profession, current industry challenges, and the importance of technical competence and interpersonal skills to support their careers. The presentation session was interactive through discussions and questions and answers. Participants seemed enthusiastic about discussing various topics, ranging from the realities of the world of work, professional experience, professional certification, to thorough preparation before graduation.
After the presentation of the material, students were invited to participate in an office tour to see firsthand the work environment at SW Indonesia. Through this agenda, participants gained a real picture of the professional work culture, teamwork systems, and operational activities in supporting audit and consulting services. The activity concluded with a group photo session and the presentation of tokens of appreciation from the UBM Accounting Study Program to SW Indonesia as a form of appreciation for the learning opportunity provided.
Overall, the industrial visit went smoothly and provided a very beneficial experience. Students not only gained practical insights, but also motivation to continue developing competencies in facing the competitive world of work. Appreciation and gratitude were expressed to SW Indonesia, the resource persons, accompanying lecturers, the committee, and all participants who made this event a success.
