Jakarta, 2025 – The Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University (UBM) Ancol Campus has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the empowerment and development of human resource competencies in the industry by organizing a series of Non-Incidental Community Service (PKM) activities for PT MECOSIN / PT Mecosin Indonesia employees. This series of activities will be held on October 24, 2025 , and November 7, 2025, in a hybrid (onsite and online) format.


The first activity raised the theme “Collaborative Workshop: Manager Leadership Program” which was guided by Ms. Berta Salim , accompanied by a student of the Management Study Program of UBM Ancol Nicky Hermawan (12250045) . This workshop discussed the transformation of a manager’s mindset in managing a team, understanding member dynamics, managing time, and the importance of being able to follow technological developments and digitalization. Participants also received material on the principles of modern leadership, including providing direction, corrective action, firm input, and awards that are in accordance with team performance. The question and answer session was interactive, providing an opportunity for participants to discuss directly about leadership challenges in the workplace.

The second activity carried the theme “Cross-Generational Leadership in the Modern Workplace” delivered by Mr. Andreas Wijaya, SE., MM. , lecturer of Management Study Program UBM Ancol, together with student Avriliani Khusnul Khotimah (12240265) . The event was opened by Mr. Dany , HRD PT MECOSIN, as the host. The material discussed leadership models and the dynamics of four productive generations in the world of work—Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z—starting from work styles, technology, loyalty, work values, to how they interpret work. The speakers also provided insights on how to optimize the potential of each generation to create innovation and competitive advantage in the company.
Commitment to Sustainable Collaboration Through this Non-Incidental PKM activity, Management Study Program UBM Ancol hopes to make a real contribution in improving the quality of human resources of PT MECOSIN / PT Mecosin Indonesia. UBM Ancol is committed to continuing to strengthen collaboration between the academic world and industry as an effort to support the improvement of professional competence in the modern work environment.
