
Jakarta, September 19, 2026; The Ancol Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Student Association held the XCM Division Training for the 2026/2027 period as a form of commitment to increasing the capacity, understanding, and readiness of members in carrying out organizational roles. The activity, which was held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, took place in Classrooms R.703, R.704, R.705, and R.706, and was attended by all members of the Research and Development (RnD), Finance, Marketing Communication (Marcomm), and Creative divisions. This training activity served as a forum for members to gain a deeper understanding of the duties, functions, and responsibilities of each division. Through this activity, members were given an understanding of the division’s workflow, the development of technical and non-technical skills, and the importance of communication and coordination in supporting the success of the XCM Ancol work program for the 2026/2027 period. In addition, this activity also provided an opportunity for new members to adapt to the organizational environment and build better working relationships between members. The series of activities began with an opening by the Division Head (Kadiv) and Deputy Division Head (Wakadiv), followed by a member introduction session to strengthen internal relationships within each division. Next, participants listened to presentations by the Division Head and Deputy Division Head regarding the scope of work, coordination systems, and skills required for each member. Discussion and question-and-answer sessions were also held to provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding and raise various questions related to the implementation of divisional duties.

The implementation of the XCM Division Training Period 2026/2027 Ancol went smoothly and received active participation from all participants. New XCM members participated well in the activities as a form of readiness to contribute to the organization, while XCM members of the 3rd semester also participated to renew their understanding and skills. Through this activity, XCM hopes that all members can have better competencies, build a collaborative work culture, and be able to carry out organizational responsibilities professionally and responsibly. The XCM Division Training Activity Period 2026/2027 is the first step in building superior organizational resources, adaptive, and ready to face various challenges in implementing future work programs. With this activity, it is hoped that each division will be able to carry out its role optimally and contribute to realizing the vision and goals of HIMA Excellent Community of Management.
