Stepping Together and Growing Further Through the XCM Meet and Greet 2026 to Build the Organizational Spirit of Management Students

Jakarta, September 18, 2026 – Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Ancol, the Management Study Program Student Association of Bunda Mulia University Ancol, held the XCM 2026 Meet and Greet activity with the theme “Excel Together: Build Your Mindset and Go Further”. This activity was held on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 11:30–1:30 PM WIB at The UBM Seminar Room (TUSR), UBM Ancol Campus. XCM is a student organization of the Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University which was established in December 2007. As a forum for student development, XCM plays a role in encouraging creativity, competence, activeness, organizational skills, and student readiness in facing the professional world.

The XCM 2026 Meet and Greet was held as an initial step to introduce the organization to new members. Not only introducing the structure and programs of the organization, this activity also aims to build an understanding of the values, culture, and mindset that are the basis for student self-development while joining XCM.  The series of events began with an opening by the Master of Ceremony, then continued with remarks from the XCM Advisor, Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM, and the Chair and Vice Chair of XCM, Kasappa Lotandy and Gabriella Jocelyn Hermawan. Participants then received a presentation on various XCM work programs for the 2026/2027 period as an overview of the direction of activities and goals of the organization during one management period.

Each division also introduced its members and work programs, starting from Marketing Communication, Creative, Finance, to Research and Development. Through this session, new members were able to understand the roles, responsibilities, and contributions of each division in supporting the development of the organization.  To build closeness between members, the XCM Meet and Greet also included an icebreaking session through various interactive games. This activity served as a means for members to get to know each other, build communication, and create a more intimate and supportive organizational atmosphere. The series of events then concluded with the distribution of prizes and a group photo session as a form of documentation and symbol of togetherness of all XCM members.

Through the theme “Excel Together: Build Your Mindset and Go Further”, XCM hopes that each member can build a positive mindset, grow together, and dare to go further in developing their potential. This activity also became the beginning for members to build relationships, increase organizational experience, and actively contribute to various XCM programs in the future.  Overall, the 2026 XCM Meet and Greet ran smoothly and received positive feedback from both participants and organizers. Through this event, XCM is committed to continuing to be a collaborative and supportive space for student development, providing meaningful organizational experiences for all its members.
