Soft Skills Training “Embracing Growth: Where Your Journey Begins”: New Spirit at the XCM 2025 Meet and Greet
Jakarta, November 7, 2025 – Excellent Community of Management (XCM) UBM Ancol Campus, the Management Study Program Student Association of Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus, held its annual long-awaited event, the Meet and Greet & Division Training for new XCM members for the 2025/2026 period. Carrying the theme “Embracing Growth: Where Your Journey Begins,” this event aims to provide an opportunity for all new members to learn more about XCM, both in terms of organization, culture, and work structure. In the event attended by 48 participants, including one supervisor and 11 committee members, it is hoped that each member can develop themselves, build togetherness, and open new opportunities to grow together.
The event, which took place on-site in room 509 of Bunda Mulia University, began at 11:15 a.m. WIB and ran smoothly until 1:30 p.m. WIB, according to the event rundown. The event opened with remarks from the XCM Advisor, Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., MM, followed by remarks from the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of XCM. Next, participants were given a presentation on the XCM work program for the 2025/2026 period as well as an introduction to each division such as Marketing Communication, Creative, Finance, and Research and Development. This activity also involved a question and answer session that allowed members to better understand the duties and roles in each division.
The event continued with an icebreaker session involving interactive games to strengthen the cohesiveness among members, followed by the distribution of prizes and a group photo session. The enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the participants were clearly visible in every activity that took place. With the implementation of this event, XCM hopes that each member will be better prepared to face challenges in the organizational world and the world of work, and can continue to actively contribute to building XCM as a creative, competent, and ready to face future developments.
