On Monday, 19 October 2020, the Hospitality & Tourism Study Program Student Association of Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus held an online “soft skills training” activity. This event was held with the aim of increasing the knowledge and insight of the members of the Hospitaliti & Tourism Study Program Student Association, Serpong Campus regarding the planning and scheduling process of the Hospitaliti & Tourism Study Program Student Association.
This event takes place from 10.00-12.00. The event was started with an opening by the moderator (Stefanus), who introduced the Secretary of the Hospar Study Program (Miss Maria Bianda) then continued with the introduction of the lecturers of the Serpong Campus Hospitaliti & Tourism Study Program Student (Miss Rooz and Miss Feronika), the lab coordinator (Mr Hari), and chairman of the Hospitaliti & Tourism Study Program Student Association (Kallista). Hospitality & Tourism lecturers as resource persons for this soft skill training presented material on the discussion of Key Performance Indicators, planning & scheduling, making & designing proposals, completing documents, and the timeline of activities of the Serpong Campus Hospitaliti & Tourism Study Program Student Association. After the material session was over, members were given the opportunity to ask questions and discuss together.
Hopefully the knowledge gained in this soft skill training can be useful and applied by the members of the Serpong Campus Hospitality & Tourism Study Program Student Association.
