On Saturday, December 4, 2021, Community Service activities were carried out with the theme “Socialization for the Establishment of Cihideung Udik Village to become a Tourism Village”.
The activity started with remarks from the Head of Cihideung Udik Village, Mr. H. Denny and the Head of PKM Activities from Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus by Mr. Ika Suryono, SST.Par, MM.Par. and also from the Serpong Campus by Mrs. Stephanie Rosanto, BBus., MBA. After the hospitality, the activity of presenting material on:
- The first material is about the Presentation of the Basics of Formation of a Tourism Village by Ika Suryono, SST.Par, MPar as a lecturer in the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program at Ancol Campus
- The second material is about CBT Community Based Tourism by Sofiani, S.Tr.Par, M.Par. As a lecturer in the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program, Ancol Campus.
- The third material is about Motivation, Typology and Tourist Experience by Stephanie Rosanto, BBus., MBA. as a lecturer in the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program, Serpong Campus.
The activity went well and there was great enthusiasm from the people in Cihideung Udik Village. This service activity was carried out well and smoothly because it had relevance to the needs of the cihideung udik village community. Based on the results of the survey before the implementation, participants were not optimal in several aspects in the formation of tourist villages. In order for the purpose of the service to be effective, this activity uses a classical and individual approach. The classical approach is carried out during the introduction of introductory material, while the individual approach is carried out during role play or giving examples and answering questions from the participants.
