Diplomas include Dea Fernanda (Asian Laksa), Angela Graziela (Travel Cake), Jessica Olive Limanto (Hot Plated Dessert) and for the Angela and Jessica team (Traditional Market Snacks). This is extraordinary because this competition is attended by all professional chefs who come from several world hospitality industries as well as professional judges throughout Asia.
