On Thursday, November 6, 2025, the Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University, Ancol Campus successfully held an onsite public lecture at The UBM Premiere Classroom with the theme “Building the Future: Employee Development as a Long-Term Investment for Organizations”. The public lecture began at 1:30 PM WIB and was opened by Ms. Sophia Reni Susilo as MC and moderator.

The event began with a welcoming speech from Ms. Tannia, SE, MM as the Head of the Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University, and the reading of the CV of the resource person, namely Mr. Ari H Handojo, SE, CST, CSP as the CEO of PT. Inti Integritas Sejati, (INTRAS) – Business Coaching, Executive Coaching and Training Company.

On this occasion, Mr. Ari H. Handojo, SE, CST, CSP, as CEO of PT Inti Integritas Sejati (INTRAS), a company engaged in Business Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Training, had the opportunity to share his extensive knowledge and experience in the world of human resource development and leadership. In a session titled “Building the Future: Employee Development as a Long-Term Investment for Organizations,” Mr. Ari emphasized that employee development is not just a cost, but a strategic investment that determines the sustainability and competitiveness of the organization in the future. According to him, a successful organization is one that is able to cultivate the potential of each individual, build a culture of continuous learning, and create a work ecosystem that supports mutual growth. In addition, Mr. Ari also invited students to understand that self-development is a personal responsibility before it becomes the responsibility of the organization. By recognizing potential, strengthening competencies, and having a lifelong learner mindset , a person can make a real contribution to himself and also to the progress of the organization where he works. Through various real-life examples from the professional world, Mr. Ari inspired participants to see employee development as a long-term journey full of opportunities and challenges. Following Mr. Ari’s presentation, Ms. Sophia invited all participants to a question-and-answer session. The students were enthusiastic, asking a variety of engaging questions related to the topic “Building the Future: Employee Development as a Long-Term Investment for Organizations,” and received comprehensive, direct responses from the speakers. This activity was closed with the presentation of a Token of Appreciation to Mr. Ari H Handojo, SE, CST, CSP by Ms. Sophia Reni Susilo, SE., MM representing the Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University.

By holding a Public Lecture activity entitled Building the Future: Employee Development as a Long-Term Investment for Organizations, we hope to contribute to the participants’ in-depth understanding of the important role of training and development in organizations.
