On November 6, 2020, the Serpong Campus Hospitality and Tourism Study Program held a public lecture with the title “Hotel Defense Strategy in the COVID-19 Pandemic” presented by 2 speakers, namely Ms. Dian Ayu – Corporate People and Business Development Manager Syah Establishment and Mrs. Ni Wayan Dewi Saryani – Corporate Assistant Director of Revenue and Distribution Tauzia International Management. This activity was carried out online which explained the hotel strategy in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic to keep trying and running its business when almost no guests were arriving. This activity was moderated by Mr. Hari Iskandar, as a lecturer at the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program, closed with a photo together and submission of an appreciation token online.
