The Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus, held a Community Service (PKM) activity at Atisa Dipamkara High School in two meetings held on August 14, 2026, and August 28, 2026. This series of activities raised the theme of entrepreneurship with the aim of providing participants with an applicable understanding of the process of building a business mindset, developing business ideas, identifying target markets, and managing teams in realizing business ideas. At each meeting, the activity was held at 3:00 PM–4:30 PM WIB, with an allocation of one hour for material delivery and 30 minutes for discussion and question and answer sessions. The event began with remarks from representatives of Atisa Dipamkara High School before continuing with material delivery by the speakers. The first meeting held on August 14, 2026, discussed the topic “What is Entrepreneurship?” with material covering the definition of entrepreneurship, business mindset, the difference between product-based and service-based businesses, developing creative business ideas that can start from hobbies, as well as case studies of businesses that have experienced failure and then managed to bounce back. The material at the first meeting was delivered by Mrs. Christy Ayu Sarah Panjaitan, SE, MM and Mr. Frananda SJ, SE, MBA. Through the discussion, the participants were invited to understand that entrepreneurship is not only related to the ability to sell products or services, but also requires an adaptive mindset, the ability to see opportunities, creativity in developing ideas, and a readiness to learn from failure. The first meeting was attended by 23 participants and supported by Bunda Mulia University students, namely Aurelia and Siti Nada who helped the smooth implementation of the activity.

The second meeting was held on August 28, 2026, with the theme “Young Entrepreneurs: Determining Target Markets and Managing Teams to Realize Business Ideas.” In this session, participants received a more focused discussion on the importance of identifying and determining target markets as a basis for developing business strategies, while also understanding the role of team management in transforming an idea into an executable business plan. The second meeting’s material was delivered by Mr. Ali Wardhana, SE, MBA., CSA, Mr. Dr. Tri Adhitya Basuki, SE, MAP, CFRA, and Mr. Doddy Surja Bajuadji, SE, MBA. The second meeting was attended by 26 participants and supported by students Michael and Nia who assisted in implementing the activities. In both meetings, the activities took place interactively. After the presentation session, participants had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss business ideas, and deepen their understanding of the challenges they might face when starting and growing a business. The interaction between the speakers and participants was an important part of the activity because it allowed the entrepreneurship material to be linked to situations that were closer to the experiences and interests of the younger generation. With the implementation of this series of PKM activities, it is hoped that the participants of Atisa Dipamkara High School will have a stronger understanding of the basics of entrepreneurship, have the courage to develop business ideas creatively, be able to identify the market to be served, and understand the importance of cooperation and team management in running a business. In addition to providing an applicable learning experience for the participants, this activity also serves as a means to strengthen collaboration between Bunda Mulia University and Atisa Dipamkara High School in supporting the development of entrepreneurial insight for the younger generation.
