Tangerang, April 30, 2025 – Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University in collaboration with SMA ST. KRISTOFORUS 2 has successfully carried out community service activities with the theme “Effective Leadership: Inspire, Move, and Transform”. This activity took place from 10.00 to 11.00 WIB with 84 participants. This activity was also carried out with Lucrezia Aurelia Cam who is a student of the management study program at the Serpong Campus.
In this session, participants gained in-depth insight into effective leadership, including communication skills, motivation, and innovation in organizations. The main speaker, Chandra Hosen, S.E., M.M., M.T., explained various leadership concepts that are relevant to today’s world of work. This activity aims to equip participants with leadership skills that can be applied in academic and professional environments.
Through this activity, it is expected that participants can better understand how to become an inspiring leader, have good communication, and be able to adapt to technological developments in the world of leadership. Bunda Mulia University is committed to continuing to support activities that provide real benefits to society and the world of education.
