Industrial Visit PT. Wook Global Technology “Responsible Agentic AI for Scalable and Sustainable Operations”

Tangerang, March 6, 2026 – The Student Association of the Data Science, Information Systems, and Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Technology and Design, Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus, has organized an Industrial Visit to PT. Wook Global Technology on Friday, March 6, 2026. This activity was attended by 45 students from various study programs, accompanied by their supervisors.

This industrial visit aims to provide students with firsthand insight into the application of technology, particularly the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the industrial world. With the theme “Responsible Agentic AI for Scalable and Sustainable Operations,” the event emphasized the importance of AI implementation that focuses not only on operational efficiency but also on ethical and sustainability aspects.

During the event, participants received presentations from PT. Wook Global Technology on the implementation of AI to support business processes, including logistics, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making. Furthermore, interactive discussion sessions provided students with the opportunity to delve deeper into the challenges and opportunities in today’s technology industry.

This activity also includes an office tour , providing participants with firsthand experience of the company’s work environment and operational processes. This is expected to enrich students’ understanding and bridge the gap between theory learned in lectures and practical experience in the industry.

Based on the evaluation results, this activity received an excellent response from participants, with an average rating of 3.89. This indicates that the industrial visit was deemed relevant, beneficial, and able to enhance students’ knowledge and insight.

Through this activity, it is hoped that students will gain a realistic understanding of industry needs and be motivated to develop competencies and innovation in information technology. Going forward, similar activities are expected to continue and be developed in more interactive formats, such as workshops or practical training.
