On Thursday, December 2, 2021, the Guest Lecture activity in the Creative Event Management course with the theme “Promotion: Integrated Marketing Communication For Events” went smoothly, where the speaker at the event was Robert A. Moningka. He is the Deputy Head of HR & Innovation Research and Development of ITLA DPP. The resource persons discussed the integrated marketing strategy or Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) in an event activity to develop and promote the activity. The proper implementation of IMC will certainly support the development as well as maximum promotion for the successful implementation of an event. This activity itself was attended by 37 3PHP2C class students of the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program, Universitas Bunda Mulia. This Guest Lecture activity opens several new perspectives for students about the importance of an Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategy and also builds the enthusiasm of third-semester students in the Creative Event Management course for the Hospitality and Tourism Study Program to better understand the stages in building event activities, especially in terms of an integrated marketing strategy.
