Excellent Community of Management (XCM) Holds “Temu XCM” Event to Strengthen Family Bonds and Collaboration with New Students

Jakarta, September 12, 2025 – The Excellent Community of Management (XCM) at Universitas Bunda Mulia Ancol Campus, a student organization within the Management Study Program, hosted the “Temu XCM” event to introduce the organization to incoming students. The event aimed to foster a sense of togetherness, family, and collaboration within the larger community of the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia. Originally scheduled for August 29, 2025, the event was delayed due to unfavorable conditions in Jakarta. However, XCM successfully rescheduled and held the event on Friday, September 12, 2025, without any obstacles.

“Temu XCM” took place in Room 707 from 11:30 AM to 1:20 PM WIB, with the participation of new students from the Management Study Program as well as all XCM members. The event began with a welcoming speech by XCM’s mentor, Mr. Elkunny Dovir Siratan, S.Par., M.M., followed by an ice-breaking session to warm up the atmosphere.

New students were then introduced to XCM in greater detail by the Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of XCM, as well as the Chairpersons and Vice Chairpersons of each Division within XCM. During this session, the Division leaders explained the roles and responsibilities typically carried out within each Division and addressed any questions related to their respective areas. In addition, the event included fun games to enhance interaction among participants. The event concluded with the presentation of prizes to the game winners, followed by a group photo to capture the moment as a souvenir.

This event is expected to provide new students with a deeper understanding of XCM’s vision and mission, while encouraging their active participation in XCM activities. These activities aim to develop students’ competencies, creativity, and soft skills. With the successful execution of “Temu XCM,” XCM hopes to nurture a spirit of togetherness that will continue to have a positive impact on the students of the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia.
