In order to support the improvement of student competency in conducting research data analysis, the Distance Learning Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University held an SPSS Data Processing Training activity for Distance Learning Management students who are taking the Thesis course in the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. This activity aims to provide conceptual understanding as well as practical skills to students in processing and analyzing research data systematically and accurately using SPSS statistical software.

This training was held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 7:30–10:30 a.m. WIB online via Google Meet and presented Alexander Robert, BA., MSc as the instructor. In this activity, participants received an explanation of the basic concepts of processing and analyzing research data using SPSS, as well as guidance on using various features in the application to support the data analysis process in the preparation of a thesis. In addition to the presentation of the material, this activity was also equipped with a practical data processing training session so that students could directly try and understand the steps of data analysis using SPSS.
Through this approach, it is hoped that students will be better prepared to process research data independently and improve the quality of analysis in the preparation of the thesis. This training activity is part of the commitment of the Distance Learning Management Study Program at Bunda Mulia University to support student academic success, especially in improving data analysis skills, which are one of the important competencies in scientific research. With this training, it is hoped that students will be able to apply data processing techniques appropriately so they can produce quality research.
