To support final year students who are currently taking the Thesis course, the Serpong Campus Management Study Program again held data processing application training in the form of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) which was held on September 21, 2026 and September 22, 2026. The SPSS application training activity took place with the resource person Mr. Nicholas Wilson, SE, MM which was attended by 12 students and was held in the R306B Alfa Tower room, then the PLS application training with the resource person Mr. Ongky Alex Sander, SE, MM and Mr. Nicholas Wilson, SE, MM, which was attended by a total of 42 students (18 and 24 students per session respectively) was held at Alfa Tower.
The training activity on September 21, 2026, started at 09.30 WIB until 12.00 WIB for the SPSS session opened by Mr. Nicholas Wilson, SE, MM, then continued with the PLS session at 13.30 WIB until 17.10 WIB which began with the initial attendance and was opened by Mr. Ongky Alex Sander, SE, MM by presenting the material followed by direct practice. During the activity, students listened carefully and participated actively by asking further questions related to the applications used by each student according to their research objectives.
As for the PLS training activity on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, started at 13.30 WIB until 17.10 WIB with Mr. Nicholas Wilson, SE, MM directly opening to present the material. The resource person explained the material about data processing by holding discussions with students so as to encourage their active involvement in interacting. It is hoped that in this session the students will understand more about data processing. This activity closed with filling in the final attendance and feedback. Hopefully this training activity can help students in the future.
