Community Service: Creating Legacy Through Employee Knowledge-Base Competitiveness And Positive Environment

On Monday, June 30, 2025, the Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus, conducted an online Community Service (CS) activity on the topic “Creating Legacy Through Employee Knowledge-Base Competitiveness And Positive Environment” for employees of PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia via Microsoft Teams, starting at 9:00 AM WIB. The speakers for this activity were Dr. Siti Yasmina Zubaedah and Ms. Sophia Reni Susilo, S.E., M.M., both lecturers from the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia, along with a student from the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus, Livia Evangelina Florencia (12230242).

This activity was introduced by the HR Department Team of PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia. Following that, the first material presentation was delivered by Dr. Siti Yasmina Zubaedah, who discussed the importance of building knowledge-based competitiveness to survive and excel in the competitive era. Then, Ms. Sophia Reni Susilo, S.E., M.M., continued by explaining how to improve one’s quality to enhance work performance and become an unforgettable and irreplaceable employee. The material carried a major theme focusing on how the conditions of the working world contribute to the formation of LEGACY and awareness through employee knowledge and positive roles.

The activity concluded with responses from several participants regarding the workshop material that had been presented.

We hope that this Community Service is beneficial for all parties and help the employees of PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia improve their performance through knowledge and create a legacy, positive awareness, and make valuable contributions. It is also hoped that they will become more proactive, thereby building strong competitiveness.
