The Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University, Serpong Campus, held a Community Service Activity for employees of PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia. This activity took the theme Well-being at Work, Legacy for Life: Self-Investment Strategy for a Meaningful Life and Career , took place in two separate sessions focused on developing human resource capacity in the field of professional life skills. All activities were carried out at 09:00 – 10:00 online via Microsoft Teams. The first session was held on November 24, 2025 with the theme ” Work Life Balance and Personal Finance” , presenting two lecturers as speakers, namely Mr. I Gusti Agung Musa Budidarma, SE., M.Acc. FIN., Ph.D who discussed personal financial management and Mr. Chandra Hosen SE, MM, MT who explained strategies for achieving balance between career and life. The two speakers were accompanied by 3 active students, namely Riovander, Felicia, and Hershel 


The next session was held on December 29, 2025 at 09:00 – 10:00 with the theme “Personal Achievement and Personal Branding”, which was filled interactively by Mr. Lanang Diayudha SE., M. Env Mgt as and Mr. Nicholas Wilson, SE., MM where both are active lecturers in the management study program. The entire series of events were fully supported by 2 active students of the Management Study Program, namely Frisil and Prianka. The implementation method applied was in the form of presenting material about the elements of personal branding and legacy as a conscious choice in everyone’s life to the employees of PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia. In addition to the presentation of the material, examples of successful personal branding and important pillars of legacy were also presented. 


The material presented by all speakers was well-received by the employees of PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia. The presentation of concrete examples not only clarified understanding but also successfully generated enthusiasm among the community service participants. This was evident during the question-and-answer session, where participants actively asked various questions. The speakers’ responses were comprehensive and clear. Each session also concluded with a group photo and a closing remark by the host who expressed appreciation to all participants.
