
On Thursday, July 17, 2025, the Management Study Program of Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus, conducted an online community service activity (PKM) with the theme “Generations at Work: Fueling Purpose, Passion, and Performance.” This event was held in collaboration with Alfaland Group Indonesia and the Management Association (AMA) of DKI Jakarta. The event was conducted via Zoom, starting at 14.00 WIB until completion, with participants including employees of Alfaland and entrepreneurs from AMA DKI Jakarta.
The speakers for this activity were Dr. Lelly Christin, S.E., M.M., and Yenli Megawati, S.E., M.M., who are lecturers in the Management Study Program. The event was moderated by Mr. Lanang Diayudha, S.E., M.Env.Mgt., and was also attended by Mr. Howard Sarmento Giam, S.E., Ak., MBA, Ms. Tannia, S.E., M.M., and Ms. Sophia Reni Susilo, S.E., M.M., as well as students from the Management Study Program at Universitas Bunda Mulia, Ancol Campus, including Livia Evangelina Florencia (12230242).

The event began with an opening by Mr. Lanang Diayudha, S.E., M.Env.Mgt., as the host, followed by a presentation by Dr. Lelly Christin, S.E., M.M., who discussed the dynamics of today’s multigenerational workforce, which includes Baby Boomers, Generation X, Generation Y (Millennials), and Generation Z. Each generation has different age ranges, experiences, perspectives, and workplace expectations. The presentation explored generational comparisons in terms of work style, technology use, loyalty to the company, responses to leadership, core values, and how each generation finds meaning in their work. Dr. Lelly also shared insights on how to ignite motivation and performance across generations to foster innovation and create a competitive advantage.
Following the presentation, a Q&A session was held, where Dr. Lelly Christin and Ms. Yenli Megawati answered questions from the participants, assisted by Mr. Lanang Diayudha.

The event concluded with a group photo session and the presentation of certificates to the speakers. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that all parties involved will gain valuable insights and that the session will help managers build adaptive and collaborative work environments while enhancing team spirit and performance.
