An Unconventional Workshop Experience
The event, which took place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, featured Sango Hospitality as the main partner, providing participants with the opportunity to learn about ceramics as a crucial element in the culinary world, particularly in food plating. Through a hands-on activity, participants were invited to design aesthetically pleasing food presentations using ceramic plates, enhancing the culinary experience with a unique artistic touch.

Meaningful Learning Experience
Participants were highly engaged throughout the workshop sessions, which included presentations, discussions, and practical activities. In addition to learning about quality standards and ceramic design, participants were also guided in honing their skills in presenting food artistically using the ceramic plates provided by Sango Hospitality.
Strengthened Collaboration
This event not only benefited the students but also further strengthened the collaboration between Universitas Bunda Mulia and Sango Hospitality, opening opportunities for future partnerships in both educational and industrial development. This marks the first step in introducing ceramics as a key element in the hospitality and culinary industries, which students can apply directly in their careers.
Opportunities for Further Collaboration
“Looking ahead, we hope to organize more activities that involve the industry so that students not only learn theory on campus but also gain insights directly from industry practitioners. This event also serves as a great opportunity to delve deeper into the latest trends in ceramic product design for the hospitality and restaurant industries,” said Yudhiet Fajar Dewantara, one of the event organizers.
