Bunda Mulia University Enhances Employee Competence at PT. Sumber Trijaya Lestari Through Soft Skill Training on “Effective Time Management”

On Thursday, August 21, 2025, the Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University’s Ancol Campus organized a Soft Skill Training session at PT. Sumber Trijaya Lestari, focusing on the topic of “Effective Time Management.” The event, held from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM WIB, featured a prominent speaker, Dr. Lelly Christin, S.E., M.M., Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities (FISH) 2 at Bunda Mulia University. The purpose of the event was to equip participants with the necessary skills to manage their time effectively, efficiently, and productively to meet the challenges of an increasingly dynamic work environment.

During the training session, Dr. Lelly Christin presented various concepts, strategies, and practical approaches on how to optimize time to enhance individual and team performance. She emphasized the importance of discipline, prioritization, and planning in achieving goals efficiently. Participants were not only provided with theoretical insights but were also encouraged to reflect and engage in simple simulations to directly apply time management techniques in their daily professional activities.
