The Master of Management Study Program and the Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia Ancol University are proud to present a public lecture entitled “Building Ethical Business Models in the Digital Era: A Strategic Approach to Resource Management”. This public lecture will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, from 6:30 PM WIB to 8:10 PM WIB online, with a prominent resource person, Prof. Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, MM, CIRR, CMA, CPM (Asia), a Professor in Management and Researcher. This event will be moderated by Mrs. Dr. Velly Anatasia, SE, MBA. This public lecture is open to students of the Master of Management Study Program of Bunda Mulia University, and is expected to provide inspiration and practical insights in developing digital businesses in the future.

This public lecture aims to provide insight and in-depth understanding of how to build a digital business model that is not only profitable but also ethical and sustainable. Amidst rapid technological advances and digital transformation, the challenges of ethically managing resources, including personal data, human resources, and public trust, are becoming increasingly significant. Therefore, this lecture will discuss resource management strategies that can create digital businesses that are not only responsible but also have a positive long-term impact.

In this lecture, students will be encouraged to understand the importance of ethics in the digital business world, identify challenges and opportunities in implementing ethical business, and develop sustainable resource strategies.

Furthermore, this public lecture will also present case studies of companies that have successfully implemented ethical business models, as well as the challenges and opportunities they face. Following the presentation, there will be a question and answer session and discussion that will allow students to delve deeper into the topics presented, as well as share thoughts and questions related to the application of ethical business in the real world.

At the end of the event, Academic Operational Certificates (TOA) will be presented to the speakers as a token of appreciation for their contributions. The public lecture will conclude with a group photo, a valuable memento for all participants. With this public lecture, it is hoped that students will have a broader perspective on business management that is not only focused on profits, but also creates sustainable social and environmental value.
