Tangerang, June 12, 2025 – Biemers Entrepreneur Club (BEC) held a National Webinar on Thursday, June 12, 2025, with the theme “Enduring Entrepreneur Lifelong Growth Strategies.” The event aimed to equip young entrepreneurs with insights into the importance of resilience, innovation, and sustainable growth strategies to build businesses that are not only successful but also capable of surviving and thriving in the long term.
The webinar featured Mr. Riki Kono Basmeleh as the keynote speaker. With his extensive experience, he delivered a comprehensive presentation on building a strong business foundation. Key points discussed included principles for building an adaptive business, the role of visionary leadership in shaping organizational culture, the development of crucial soft skills such as communication and negotiation, and strategies for innovation and adaptation in the digital era to address changing consumer behavior.
The webinar was hosted by Nadia Clarisa and Beatrice Susanto, students from the Digital Business program, who served as Masters of Ceremony (MC). The event was successfully organized thanks to the hard work of the entire committee and the coordination of Jonathan Chandra Sanjaya, a student from the Information Systems program, who served as the Event Chairperson.
The event received an enthusiastic response, with a total of 110 participants consisting of students from Bunda Mulia University, both Serpong and Ancol campuses, as well as external participants from various universities and the general public. The atmosphere was further enlivened by interactive game sessions that not only broke the ice but also sparked participants’ creativity. In addition, a networking session was specially designed to achieve one of the main goals of the event: building connections and expanding business networks.
Through this event, it is hoped that all participants will be able to apply the knowledge they gained to expand their networks and understand effective marketing strategies in building a business brand image, thus enabling them to become resilient and continuously growing entrepreneurs.
