Tangerang, February 27, 2026 – UKM Talent MCU Universitas Bunda Mulia Serpong successfully held a Hybrid National Seminar “The Art of Being Heard” which took place at UBM Lecture Hall, 5th Floor Alfa Tower at 11.05 – 13.00 WIB by presenting a resource person, namely Teuku Daffa Bariz Falah S. Ak. CPS, CLSSBB, CHCM, as a creator at Daffa Speaks . This seminar was attended by 150 onsite participants and 114 online participants.

The seminar was opened by Farel Marcelino and Metta Viryani Liemantara as the event’s MCs, then continued with games hosted by Gerald Liunardo and Rosabel Aireen as the Games MCs. After the series of games and challenges were completed, the event continued with a welcoming speech by Mr. Nicodemus Koli, S. Fil., MIKom. as the mentor of UKM Talent MCU and Michelle Liauw as the event chair.

In the material presentation session, Teuku Daffa emphasized the importance of effective communication skills so that the message conveyed can be received and understood well, both in academic and professional contexts.

After the material session concluded, a question-and-answer session followed, followed by the presentation of a Token of Appreciation by Mr. Nicodemus Koli, S. Fil., MIKom. The event continued with a short presentation from the event sponsor, SOYJOY. Following the presentation, the seminar concluded with a documentation session.


Through this activity, the MCU Talent Student Activity Unit (UKM) on the Serpong Campus strives to boost students’ self-confidence and communication skills, enabling them to effectively convey ideas and concepts. This activity is also expected to serve as a platform for developing soft skills relevant to the needs of the workplace.
